Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TrendVideo AI processes information when users create marketing campaigns, connect a TikTok account, and transfer a user-selected video to TikTok Draft.
1. Service operator
TrendVideo AI is operated under MECMISR by Misr Office for Engineering and Contracting – Mahmoud Hassan Hassan & Partners, trading as MEC MISR.

2. Information users provide
Users may enter a business name, category, product or service, country, city, audience, campaign goal, video style, offer details and language. Users may also upload a final video after reviewing it.
3. TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API
TrendVideo AI uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API only when a user chooses to connect TikTok. The app requests the user.info.basic and video.upload scopes.

4. No automatic publishing
TrendVideo AI does not automatically publish TikTok content. The user must review the campaign, select the final video, confirm the necessary rights, tick the approval control and manually start the TikTok Draft transfer. The user completes editing and publication inside TikTok.
5. Campaign generation and optional AI provider
The built-in generator processes submitted campaign details on the MECMISR server. When an optional AI provider is configured, submitted campaign fields may be transmitted to that provider. Users should not enter confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
6. Purposes
Information is processed to generate campaign material, provide the requested TikTok connection, transfer a user-approved video, secure the service, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and maintain reliability.
7. Retention
Temporary uploaded videos are deleted after the TikTok transfer attempt. Session and authorization information may remain for the configured session period. Operational logs may be retained for security and troubleshooting only as long as reasonably necessary.
8. Sharing
Information may be shared with TikTok when the user requests authorization or Draft transfer, with infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, and with an optional AI provider when configured. We do not sell user personal information.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, server-side token handling, restricted file permissions, secure session cookies, request limits and reasonable organizational measures. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. User choices and rights
Users may choose not to connect TikTok, disconnect the active session, and revoke access through TikTok settings. Requests for access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights may be sent to the privacy contact above.
11. Children
TrendVideo AI is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children. Users must satisfy TikTok eligibility requirements and applicable law.
12. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries different from the user's country. Appropriate safeguards will be used where required.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy when the service, integrations or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain publicly available here.
