Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of TrendVideo AI. By using the service, the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Operator
TrendVideo AI is operated under MECMISR by Misr Office for Engineering and Contracting – Mahmoud Hassan Hassan & Partners, trading as MEC MISR, at 49 Gamal Abdel Nasser Street, Gesr El Suez, El Salam, Cairo, Egypt, Postal Code 11811.
2. Eligibility and authority
Users must be legally able to enter these Terms, satisfy TikTok eligibility requirements and have authority to act for any business represented.
3. Service
TrendVideo AI helps users generate and edit marketing campaign concepts, hooks, scripts, scenes, on-screen text, captions, hashtags and calls to action. It also offers a user-controlled workflow for transferring a selected video to TikTok Draft.
4. TikTok authorization
TikTok connection is optional. TikTok handles login and consent. TrendVideo AI requests only configured scopes, including user.info.basic and video.upload. TikTok is a third-party service governed by its own terms.
5. User-controlled Draft workflow
TrendVideo AI does not automatically publish content. Before transfer, the user must select a final video, review the campaign and video, confirm the necessary rights and expressly approve transfer. The user completes the final publication decision inside TikTok.
6. User content
Users retain ownership of submitted content and grant a limited permission to process it only as needed to provide the service. Users are responsible for all required rights, licenses and releases for video, audio, music, logos, images, people, property and claims.
7. Generated-output limitations
Outputs are suggestions and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Users must independently review facts, prices, legal claims, safety statements, intellectual-property issues and platform compliance before recording or publishing. The service does not provide legal, financial, medical or professional advice.
8. Prohibited use
- violating law, TikTok rules or third-party rights;
- uploading content without permission;
- misleading consumers or making unsupported claims;
- distributing malware or evading safeguards;
- promoting prohibited, dangerous, fraudulent or exploitative activity;
- attempting unauthorized access to accounts, tokens, systems or data.
9. Availability
Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, technical or business reasons. TikTok functions may be limited by approval, Sandbox restrictions, quotas, eligibility or policy changes.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, TikTok, third parties or legal compliance. Users may stop using the service and disconnect TikTok at any time.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, campaign performance, views, leads, sales, TikTok approval or publication.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses, lost profits, reputational harm, content claims, platform actions or third-party service failures.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without limiting mandatory rights that apply in another jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The updated version will remain publicly available here.
